2.1. We offer frozen dumplings and chilli oil for sale. All products are subject to
availability.
2.2. Product descriptions, including ingredients and allergens, are provided on our
website. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of these descriptions but
cannot guarantee that they are free of errors.


3. Orders
3.1. Orders can be placed through our website. All orders are subject to acceptance
and availability.
3.2. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email
confirms that we have received your order and will process it accordingly.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If your order
is cancelled, we will notify you and provide a full refund.


4. Payment
4.1. Payment for all orders must be made at the time of placing the order. We accept
major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
4.2. All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include applicable taxes.


5. Delivery
5.1. We offer local pick up in the Hastings CBD or delivery within the Hawke's Bay
region only. We do not deliver to rural addresses.
5.2. You will be notified of the expected delivery time via email.
5.3. It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Peg & Pickle is
not responsible for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete
information.


6. Refunds and Returns
6.1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there
is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
6.2. If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please provide photographic
evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Peg & Pickle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
